Keep Doors Open for Young People in Crisis
Yes, I want to help provide food, shelter, and hope for youth experiencing homelessness.
Each year, roughly 10,000 youth in the District experience housing insecurity or homelessness. Sasha Bruce Youthwork serves young people across D.C. and Prince George’s County, MD, through 25 programs—from street outreach and emergency shelter to transitional housing, mental health services, workforce development, education, and family support.
Right now, funding is delayed or reduced just as more youth are coming to Sasha Bruce for help.
Your generous gift to Sasha Bruce Youthwork today will help young people who are facing homelessness, trauma, and instability.
My gift will make sure there are warm meals, safe spaces, and caring staff ready to support them when they need it most. Together, we can provide immediate, life-changing support while bridging gaps in government funding and ensuring no young person is turned away.
Without immediate support, we risk losing trained staff, reducing operating hours, and scaling back essential services that hundreds of young people rely on weekly.
